He-Fluence is based on my real life experience. After decades serving people in healthcare and fitness, I know my biggest purpose is to create a powerful movement of confident men who have balance and take control of their health, relationships, and business.
Additionally, my wife, Lisa and I, are committed to living a life that’s an example of what’s possible – a strong relationship with healthy bodies pioneering an impactful company. We are in it to win it, and we coach leaders to do the same.
Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ohio State University specializing in Exercise Science & Sports Nutrition and an Associate’s Degree from Christian Life School of Theology with a focus on relationship counseling.

Hi, I’m KJ and I am a certified personal trainer through the International Strength Training Association (ISTA) and ACE.
I have a passion for personal training, instructing people on how to live healthier lives, and motivating clients to the fullest. The human body is meant to move and heal itself. That’s what I like to help people do through strength, cardio, education, eating healthier and sport-specific training. I will devise specific exercise programs and steps that track your progression all while keeping you challenged and having fun. As the health and fitness coach, I promise to bring a positive attitude combined with challenging exercises and goals to suit your specific needs.
While studying Business Management at The University of Toledo, I was division 1 college football player. Also, I was a three-sport athlete in high school football, track, and basketball.
